We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager with a robust technical background to lead and manage complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals. 

Key Role Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and risk management plans.

Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

Facilitate communication and coordination among internal departments and external vendors.

Prepare and deliver project status reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles throughout project lifecycle.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure projects are cutting-edge and competitive. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience managing technology projects.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management.

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development or IT infrastructure.

Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
